Assuming you mean Refrain, you'll have to wait till it's completed first, and that will take about two and a half months. And that's not counting the time they need to get it accepted here.
You're better off getting it from the fansubbers or watching it on CR, whichever fancies you more

I don't even know how good the second season is but the ratings are stable. I've yet to beat the game (bored the fuck out of me with the kiddish and boring scenes that I'd like to skip). I just want to beat the routes and get Kurugaya's real ending.

The second season is moving steadily. I think they just covered Rin1, so I assume Rin2 will be up and then Refrain. I assume Refrain is going to be like 16+ of the remaining episodes.

LB! Refrain is one-cour, so we'll have to see who they'll do things.
