Why is that many people are negative about J.C.Staff producing this Anime? Is it because they never did a VN-to-Anime adaptation before? I personally like a lot of their works.  :-[

Just to make things clear, I don't care who does it, as I'm sure they'll do a good job, knowing that the people at Key make sure it goes the way they would like it to. Besides, I've never played the VN, so I'm not as pessimistic as a lot of LB fans seem to be.

And the reason J.C. Staff get so much flak is because a lot of people claim they've released a vast quantity of inferior shows (I liked most of their work, though) and tend to butcher the original source (which isn't even their fault at all, but that of the writers, who in pretty much every occasion didn't work for the animation studio in the first place).

Terrible Animation producers for Key's masterpiece. They need to replace half their crappy old staff. They're not even close to P.A.Works or KyoAni. Hell, if ufotable did this it would receive 100/10 on Art, Design & Animation.

We'll see how it goes. I'd love to see some comparison between Angel Beats vs. Little Busters. What a disaster to even think about it ...

Lord of Fire:
The only problem with AB is that it was too short. Had they made it a 2-cour show, I think it would've been a lot better.

Havoc10K:
AB was just fine until the last arc, after that it was rushed, i don't think it was that bad though, everything was explained so I don't know what else they could add there. Perhaps prolonged all the arcs and adding some more victims to Otonashi's scheme, but then it would be tedious. Perhaps 15 episodes would be more satisfying.

I am still going to remain skeptical though. i like being positively surprised.
