Mizuho, a young boy who has recently lost his grandfather, strives to obey his last wish — graduate from Seio, a private female only school. In order to complete this last wish, Mizuho disguises himself as a female with some help from his childhood friend, Mariya and another Seio student, the wise Shion. Mizuho eventually meets two younger girls, Yukari and Kana, whom she and Mariya must mentor. He also meets an old rival of Mariya's — the traditional Takako. Mizuho's journey is filled with many obstacles including using feminine language, adhering to feminine behaviors and even competing in an election to school office.

Otoboku 2 begins about two years after Mizuho's graduation. The main protagonist Mikado Chihaya was truant at his school because of harassment in the school and of a distrust in men. His mother cannot bear to watch him be in trouble, so she makes him transfer to Seio Girl's School, her old school. He dresses as a girl and introduces himself as Kisakinomiya Chihaya. Chihaya meets another protagonist Nanahara Kaoruko, who once rescued him from a playboy, and he begins to live in the dormitory building. He becomes the focus of public attention due to his attractive face and figure, and due to high grades at studies.

I saw the TV series twice. I saw the TV encode first time around. Second time around, I saw the DVD source - when I got to like episode ... 2, or 5 .. or was it 10? ... Anyways, I recalled that I've seen this anime in the past. Really good gender bender. The producers, besides the Original Work, have drastically changed from the TV series (2006) to the OVA (2012-2013). All I am happy about is the fact that Sano Keiichi is working on the OVA. He's a really good artist.

You must have been looking at the link for the TV series. Check the second link for the OVA. There is indeed a person with white hair in the OVA although I'm not sure if its a girl or guy.

Not all of the other pictures are from the OVA though. Some are definitely from the TV series.

I'm not sure how I feel about the story for the OVA. I would prefer it if they would expand on the original story and characters. I want more Takako and Kana damn it! If this occurs after two years after Mizuho graduates then shouldn't Kana be a 3rd year? I thought she was a 1st year in the show?

Saw the OVA, it's good ... so good. I hope MangaGamer picks up the Elder Sister release. The OVA's story is really good and interesting ... and mysterious! I'm curious! Come on, MangaGamer!
