5pb's masterpiece?!

Same settings as Chaos;Head and Steins;Gate. I pray White Fox does their animation. They were responsible for doing the animation on Steins;Gate - awesome animation and art style.

The first thing that came to my mind was that Tatsu was looking for some notes on the subject of 'Robotics' for his college/uni.

Oh well, looks interesting. And I thought Nitroplus did the animation for Steins;gate

The trailer gives the impression that the three series happen in the same universe or something, but I can't find anything plot-wise that supported this back when it was just Chaos;Head and Steins;Gate, anyone can shed light on this? I've only watched the anime of the first two.

It's by production IG....

Now my expectations have been tempered. Oh well.

I've looked today after what you said, and there is no relation from Production I.G working on Robotics;Notes.

There ya go.

Granted, I was a bit annoyed and miffed with Production IG just because of, well, how bad Guilty Crown was. But the source material is good, so. It was a bit of an overreaction.

That's just sad ... White Fox is literally better than Production I.G. I'll wait for either ANN or AniDB to update this information.

I agree, haha. I don't understand the reasoning why they would let Production I.G. handle this, but...oh well. I'd like to hope that they aren't doing it, but the odds of that seem rather slim...  :-\

I'll probably be watching it, but...the spoilered pic reminded me of Patlabor, the trailer had me thinking of an amalgamation of anime. I wonder if Asimov will have had any influence.

I'll probably watch too, especially because this is from the same settings of Steins:Gate. And I love sci-fi.

Kind of reminds me Gurren Lagann for some reason, but that just makes it more epic.

Hadn't watched Steins;Gate yet, so I haven't heard of this. I hope both will be awesome :D.

Episode 1.

"Whose eyes are those eyes?"

Well that phrase brings back some Chaos;Head memories, as far as I'm concerned that's the first thing that resembles a link between the series, still looking for more insight from anyone.

Btw I'm NOT recommending Chaos;Head if you haven't watched it yet, mediocre at best.

Can't say anything about the anime but the ChäoS;HEAd visual novel was really good.

And Robotics;Notes begins with a world divergence of 1.048596 (Steins;Gate reference).

I can't say much about this new series yet because the story isn't really known yet. But I like the main female character Senomiya Akiho but Yashio Kaito misses something crazy like Okabe or Takumi, don't know if that is good or not.

It was killing me when I heard that line. I couldn't for the life of me remember where it was from.
