In the past few months, I have received numerous complaints regarding the handling of torrents and also general staff behaviour. As time has passed, I've been getting more and more complaints. Not only have they failed to keep the number of offers low, on more than one occasion, their troll efforts have resulted in permanent damage to our database that still has yet to be repaired, almost ruining the tracker and site entirely! The combined severity of their incompetence and trollness has lead me to do this:

Effective immediately, ALL staff members are fired. Even BBT, because he's too fat and lazy now. Stop feeding him cookies. Instead, I would like to welcome the following members as our new staff: Takeshi, neo1024, xgraphy, Cuan, Mirgond and Reesebiz.

Update: Oddly enough replacement staff turned up to be just as lazy as their predecessors, so being a kind spirit and receiving plenty of apology letters, cookies and a few promises that they'll behave, I decided to offer them a second chance. So most of the old crew is back.

Duki3003, please remember that we agreed that if I was to join the staff you would allow me to promote the goodness of Ghibli and that you'd agree that everyone would have to download my torrent (http://bakabt.me/142405-ghibli-music-collection-flac.html) otherwise they might get in trouble.
I've not really spoken much on the forums but I hope to raise my post count and help people out quite a bit more often on the forums. Thanks for having me.

One of the reasons why they were sacked, busted the database.
Dunno how many torrents got broken before I caught up with their shenanigans.
