I only do that if I really like the show. Else I usually go with groups that did a previous season, or a group that I know will do well.

On that note, the OVA was funny, but Hadena made so many stylistic errors (grammar, spelling, etc), it made my head hurt. This is why I hate not having any other choice.

I've downloaded the first episode I saw and didnt really care what group it was because good or bad translation wont really change what I enjoy about the show. Wonder if that new character will appear in other episodes or just a one time thing for that ring.

Best part about the latest episode had to be Sera in a bunny suit, too bad Saras didnt have one =(

Been watching the Hadena subs as those just happen to be the ones I come across on streaming sites, they've been fine for me. None of the epic moments when the translator puts "(I have no idea what was just said)" at least

Loved how Ayumu just can't get a break. He finally managed to get everyone to forget his Magiclad outfit, then everyone will remember him in a wedding dress.

I'm also thinking that Tomonori's ring and Haruna's artifact aren't as innocent as they appear to be. Plus, what is the reason why a Megalo decided to show itself again?

Takeshi Kurusu seems to be Ayumu's teacher, but in fact he is the strongest Masō-Shōjo, Chris. She used to be Ariel's pupil but was turned into a plain middle-aged man by the Queen's curse because she was purported to be the leader of a coup that Ariel concocted a century before the events of the series. Since then, she has been plotting her revenge against Ariel for letting her take the fall along with some of the others involved in the coup. Due to her strength and her status as a villain, she can be considered the Masō-Shōjo that all Masō-Shōjos fear. But she doesn't seem to be directly involved yet, I suppose she is observing the situation, and I definitely love her for some reason (probably cuz I like booze as well) but for the time being, she waits patiently. Probably for Sensei's move.

I haven't seen episode 6 yet but i think if she really is all in Ayumu's mind it will be kind of pointless, he's said she is so there's nothing really interesting about it if she really is. Being a super tank mahou-shoujo sounds like a much more interesting twist, maybe she's on par with Eu?

i was just guessing if she's on par or not, supposedly being the strongest mahou shoujo she's gotta be pretty tuff. but i guess we've never really seen Eu actually try very hard.

just watched ep 6, when he was talking to her in the usual place it certainly made it look like she was a hallucination (how it had the shot where it just had him sitting at the table and the bookshelf hiding where she was, and as soon as she said something that put him off she started drinking and got wasted) but that end scene of her watching them means she definitely isn't part of Ayumu's imagination.

Thats part of what I am going on, is that she wouldn't have been there watching the fight is she was imaginary. Also in one of the earlier episodes she is cooking squid with Ayumu and when she disappears there is still squid left.
