Actually, there IS less comedy and more feelings in season 2, however, there really is like 1% less of comedy and 1% more of feelings, it shows, but still it's not a big deal. The show maintains the comedy factor very well, and the feelings of characters are just developing, you can clearly see that Sera is also really infatuated with Ayumu.
