If you're itching to stretch your brain a bit

I stumbled upon this website again from an old forum I was on. Having had gone through a brief period of my educational career of being mildly obsessed with it I felt the need to burden other people with their inadequacies as I was.

Perhaps you've seen it before, they have some general areas you can test yourself, and success earns more rice for the world food program. Or so it claims. The English vocabulary and math challenges were what I was stuck on.

I am dissapoint in finding out what they call a chemistry challenge.

Anyway, tried out the various lot. Got to 2000 grains and got bored. The challenges are at best secondary school level and at worst elementary. Hell, I could even get most of the humanities ones correct.

So, basically a trivia game, but with rice as the reward, and can't eat it. :P

It gets significantly harder once you get 30-40 questions in. Though that depends on the subject and your level of knowledge. You aren't going to have much problem with the chemistry questions if you know the periodic table like the back of your hand, obviously.

It's trying to appeal to general knowledge after all.
