people be saying its just another typical sudden appearance harem plot, but its pretty different from what i've been watching.

the main character is annoyingly gay, and even without his homosexuality he has issues, which would be interesting to see develop if that was the point of the anime, but given its a "comedy-harem-romance" thing, the way the present things just annoys me. They have some nice potential drama with the other couple in the house, and it has potential if it was another genre. . .but since its not and since they're adding that comedy relief in very cliche ways . . .its annoying and TBH this last episode didnt make me lolz not once. . .not even a smile, just a bunch of facepalms. . .

I try to understand what you say, but I can't. Why do you think it's "gay" that the MC isn't all over the socially slow, life slow always naked chick?

mmm let me try to elaborate:

I dont mind animes where the characters are innocent, and even if they are perverted but stuff just doesnt happen (like the one with the 100 fuck buddies, forgot the name)
I dont mind animes where there is a romance developing, but its very slow. . .but the storyline is entertaining enough to distract me from it (Hyouka, Kimi ni todoke)

I dont mind if the character is a little "slow" on picking up on girls flirting, but there are limits, for example:

Onii-chan dakedo Ai sae Areba Kankei nai yo ne, the girls are not even flirting with him, they are openly declaring their desire to have sex with him, and I understand turning down his sister. . .but the way the anime portrays him. . .just annoys me, and this anime could be good if he actually bangs them all at the end, cause it seems like he is just blue balling all of them on purpose. . .


for this one, I can think of many other "reactions" one could have to a naked girl (and I dont mean this in a perverted fashion)
maybe its the combination, of this girl being serious, even if she is "socially-slow" you can clearly see she knows whats going on and she means it. . . and the way the scene at the love hotel was starting to turn a little "dramatic" to some extent, they went with that comedy relief of  "OMG IM FREAKING OUT CAUSE YOU WANT TO TAKE A SHOWER!"
I guess the freaking-out part is the one that makes me facepalm. . .

I cant pinpoint but I recall other anime characters that just turn around while the girl undresses, a gentleman trait, but they dont freak out and yell and create some comedy-attempt that is an ubber fail IMHO, thats why it makes me facepalm
and thats why Im dropping.


and he said in the first episode that he things she's cute, and that he likes her. . .and even in this episode he snapped at seeing her at the love hotel,

I mean I dont expect him to jump on her and do her in the hotel. . .

i thought that reaction would be justified for once because of the fact he has feelings for her, i think if he didn't have those feelings then it would be reasonable for him to not give a fuck, or jump her because of her body.

I think his reaction is pretty needed since the girl is kind of a derp about real life things. She has no common sense, street knowledge, book knowledge. She can't even dress herself. To me those reactions are pretty warranted.

I despise almost every of harem shows I try with every fiber of my bone. No, I don't believe this is an harem show, and it's actually pretty interesting. I don't quite understand "everyone that dropped it"'s arguments, feels like you're forcing yourself looking for faults.

This feels a bit like Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai (one of the very few harem anime I've enjoyed) without the harem lol. Good animation, fun setting, interesting characters and the fan-service isn't as annoying as it could be.

Normally I would've dropped a show like this, but yea: it does get better after the ridiculous love-hotel thing.
