Watching 10 bit anime on flatscreen TV's ***GUIDE***
costi:
I have a perfectly good ION box, running OpenELEC, that needs only a remote to operate it, takes very little power and can run for weeks. I sure as hell ain't gonna shell out cash to build a new, power-hungry Windows box just because someone dug out an obscure profile with no hardware support, that isn't even used in production.
And I'm definitely not going to run cables across my whole house.

You know an ION box is basically just a PC right?

And you know that Hi10 is not hardware-supported by any GPU and the Atom CPU itself is not enough to decode even 720p?

Whoever even decides to go ION to watch Anime is basically just shooting themselves in the foot.
Well that is unless you can't be bothered much with resolution and max out at 720p and again no 10-bit.
