So, you're saying that government demonstrates no particular way of mannerism?

Don't you see our police?

I believe strongly that attitude in a society must be build from the bottom. People on the top, our politicians are a product of our society, not the cause. Thus saying that government must do something is shifting the blame. If there are any establishments that would change the attitude of the society as a whole, it would have to be kindergartens and schools. If they accomplish to raise the new generation "right", then in one or two generations cultural problems would solve themselves.
For one thing, Tiff is not on any level what I would call a typical American.  She's not what I would consider a typical person.  I don't know any other genius geneticist anime-fan martial artist marksman model-level beauties, do you?

.
the government doesn't care about changing the culture so "we" behave better

That is a very disturbing statement.  I think it indicates the attitude at the root of the problem.

"The government" is not some mysterious being that is supposed to be your nanny.

quote of the day!!!!

Yes what is public my country citizens tend to destroy it.

Hmm... culturally I believe that is also at the core of Eastern European culture... no wait, for them it's about stealing the public property.  :D

naaa, ıts all about destroyıng ıt...well when you are young and drunk and try to do what ever you try to do. To tell the truth I have no ıdea why they do that........
steelıng ıs all for russıans....

LOL

Pharismo... have you ever been to the US on Black Friday? Black Friday in the US is great because people are getting maced by crazy (and I mean bat shit... mad cow disease ridden... PCP induced... fucking crazy) people. A little cake fight is fun... people get seriously injured on Black Friday though. :P

I never worked in retail before and I started working a new job like mid October at HHgregg. The didn't send me to get training they did it all on the job. When I say people showed their ass that day it was crazy people running over trying pull washers and dryers to the registers (silly people v_v). Anyway I love people in general they're funny to watch and a sexy Brazilian woman will always make my day. The cake thing looked like a festival to me even if not it looked like people having good clean-ish fun. I know in like Indonesia or like Thailand they have like a water festival where they like soak each other. And if you ever been to an anime convention that more than regional you know people can get way worst >_>.

Throw in at least Ukrainians, Romanians and Bulgarians with the Russians. Romanian gypsies make kleptomania an art form.  ;D

As a Romanian non-gipsy, I agree with this. Also, our gipsy beggars that go to western european countries are hardcore... Usually it's an organized thing, and the person 'handling' them makes 20K/week (€) just from the money that people throw at them. So yeah... don't give beggars money, even if they're children or women or dogs or anything. Usually it's a highly-organized thing.

Did I mention we're good at internet fraud/scams too? My cousin's classmate and a few other guys sold a fighter jet online to some American. They even asked for fuel money up front to "deliver the jet". They got caught a while after that tho. Oh, and Romanians broke into NASA/FBI/CIA servers more than anonymous combined.

Basically: Hide yo` shit; we be stealin both online and IRL. No place is safe. Go Romania ~__~

... it's actually sad because Romania is a lovely country, but these motherfuckers give us a bad name.

Sorry, couldn't find that one (romanian news sites kinda didn't exist before 2007 lack shit from before 2007, either that or my googling skills fail), but "luckily" some other romanians tried to "sell" planes online again. Here. (in romanian, sorry). I remember it clearly tho, if only for the hilarity of the situation of buying fighter jets online. Then again, I was young and dumb; now I'm just a bit older.
