Well, "falling in love" is something that can happen suddenly, while loving someone as in caring a lot about person usually takes time. Probably some semantic misunderstandings between people that say "I love you" to others.

deal breaker would be a guy/girl that bores me , dude/girl who wears sweat pants or what ever you call them if its not for running or something of that kind, oh and no raper type of people, they just piss me off
well I am not picky if the person is interesting, I have no problem loving them for a day or two
oh and strong smells, even if he/she is interesting but have a strong smell (be it bad body odor or strong perfume) harpy is gone. My can not breath then.
In fact I can handle natural body odor most of the time, but chemical ones just close up my airways.

Likewise, bad scents will simply drive my sense of smell ballistic.
