i don't know Doraemon, but the Medaka Box ref was a bit lame. i thought it was just made to look like her.

The picture made me watch the first episode and damn the episode was good, looks like it could be the best anime this season =)

Kuroshitsuji, too (I guess so that the girls everybody who enjoyed that series can have a "oh, I know this, too" moment).
I like how irreverently they play with tropes (boobs and brains ... nice!) and that the two main chars are women. So I'll keep watching it ^^
