Oh, I should mention I like that bright colour style animation which oddly reminds me of monogatari series somehow (although not quite reaching to that level)
For one thing, Tiff is not on any level what I would call a typical American.  She's not what I would consider a typical person.  I don't know any other genius geneticist anime-fan martial artist marksman model-level beauties, do you?

Yeah, but the most interesting is the humour in this show :)

In today's episode: BL doujin renaissance, and the world's reincarnation of Comiket. And the advent of a new breed of fujoshi.

Our MC remained fairly stoic to it all. She is now officially  labeled 'straight'. Funny how the author believed she was having an affair with her assistant.

And I guess the fairies are striking back, given that they were left out from this all.

This show continues to surprise me.

Hahaha. I laugh all the time while watching this show.

The manga episode was the best so far though. It made me fall down from the chair several times :D

Y is a favorite character of mine. I love her seiyuu, I love the way she acts. I love her overall :D

About this last episode. I think it was really good. Cuteness of this anime increased cuz we have a cat girl now, and an extremely
kawaii one ^^

And the fairies.. awww they are soooo cute <3

I can't get enough of this anime. I need more! :)))

But ain't they cute?! I would keep those fairies with great pleasure :D

Oh and did you notice that the main girl was wearing a hat very similar to that of Robin Hood? Or was it just my imagination? :/

It would also appear that the slimes are a sort of living sentient beings, like that neko-girl, it was interesting she wasn't in the village before the power came, after the electricity popped in, she suddenly showed up.

Pion and Oyage – Pioneer and Voyager? As in, the two satellites mankind sent into space to find alien technology explore the universe? Either way, Pion is an android, no doubt about that.

The arcs seem to be going back in time. Episode 1 started where the MC mentioned the Human Monument Project had failed, yet in these past two arcs, they haven't even started on it yet.

I get the feeling that manual isn't some fairy ranting, but actually full of clues 'Watashi' can use later on, probably to get out of a sticky situation.

No, she thinks the project will fail because they don't even have enough data to use for the human monument, a lot of history is unknown, she also mentioned that the human monument project has been going on for decades 2 eps ago and but no one ever found enough data to use for the completion of the project.

Point being, the project is usually in a stump, every next person feeling up to the task is somehow unable to finish it.

She believes the project s a failure and I agree. Instead of focusing any efforts on regaining lost history and technology, they should work on improving their lives right now. There is also the possibility of repeating mistakes if they know history from the past, and without knowing it. Best not to know you are repeating doomsday ne ?

Good guess. Though i was thinking about same thing during this episode.

I like main character with long hair, though short hair suits her as well. She should just use the fairies' shampoo like the last time <3

Second time in a short time she had to cut them, I wonder if she will get to use that shampoo for hair growth again :D

Her gramps may know, but he is sympathetic to her, the rest of the UN doesn't know about it so it is a sort of a way to get some sort of satisfaction, they can't demote her because of the fairies, but they can punish her.

The idea of cutting her hair down is not to punish her but to make an impression that they did the right thing, since she can regrow them back she doesn't care, and she said in the scene where they cut her hair "again" so it's chronologically correct that it's ongoing  properly.

They're not showing the episodes in chronological order. This is the first and only time she had her hair cut. This last arc (and the one before it, with the manzines) predates the events in episode 1 and 2. I'm expecting to see her with long hair again next week.

From what I've been told, the novels aren't going in chronological order either.

Then why did she say goodbye to her hair with a word "again" ?

So in episode 1 her hair grew back, in episode 3 her hair broke her out of the cage and she says goodbye to her hair again, if that's predating first episode, I want to go to that world cuz it's all fucked up and I want to live it out that way.

I cannot hear her saying anything that resembles the word "again" in the Japanese dialogue, or anything that implies this wasn't the first time for the duration of the cutting scene, it could be the fansub you're following assumed chronological order and added the word "again" on their own, who do you follow for this show?

Me and Havoc download from HS.

And I rewatched that scene, twice actually. There really wasn't said something that would imply this wasn't the first time. Now I'm confused. =/

I've given up on this show. at least for mow. Maybe after it's done I'll marathon it. BUt right now, this show seems to be part of that Japanese we're all doomed no matter what we do, it's fate/karma whatever.

They need more of those
