What you're afraid of is a copycat of KissXsis. I understand this concern, and I hope it won't be like it.

I guess by explicit I am thinking pornographic and the more difficult and dramatic conversations to be controversial but not explicit. I guess you could technically consider "difficult and dramatic conversations" to be explicit to some degree.

I loved KissXSis. It was quite focused on ecchi and awkward sexual humor but I didn't really have a problem with that. It worked well for the kind of show it was. I just feel there is too much of that kind of incest anime out there (KissXSis is just the best of the kind of anime IMO). I do hope Onii-chan dakedo Ai sae Areba Kankei nai won't just be copying the path KissXSis followed which makes light of the subject.

I hope it follows the more serious tone that Yosuga no Sora followed such as having to deal with how society treats you after finding out your secret.

Hurrah!!!!! Now we have something more to look forward to for fall.

I get a feeling that instead of a romantic comedy it will be far worse than Mitsudomoe :)

An incestuous love comedy in Mitsudomoe style would completely break my stomach from laughter.

EmptyMemory:
Eh. I'm losing interest in KissXSis cause the male lead is so dull.
