If you view downloaded images using Irfanview, pressing the F7 key lets you move images to any from a set of up to 14 different folders.  F8 lets you copy instead of move.  Since the choice of destination folder is persistent, the next time  you press F7 or F8, you can simply press any key such as ENTER, RETURN, or the SPACEBAR to re-use that choice of folder destination.

From the description I read it as saving images from the internet, that way I described does as a minimum remove the problem from occurring again. But if it is already images on the computer, why not just drag and drop? You can add the 3 folders to favorite like this

and then just drag and drop the images to the desired folder.

or no mice/keyboards at all, controlling the PC with brainwave... too pro.
