Minigiri's lol :D I have big hands so my onigiri's tend to be jumbosize.

Have no pics but made some Karaage and Tamagoyaki last week, will have to think to take some next time
Planning to make some Udon again in the near future and I scored a Tenpanyaki plate recently so wanna try my hand on Okonomiyaki

Oh and I regurarly have some Edamame, as far as you can call that cooking though lol

If you happen to be going on a diet, or are simply becoming more conscious of your intake, I suggest looking up starter guides to bento recipe staples. It's a interesting way to control portions while getting a variety of tastes and nutrients. For the most part, recipes can be made in under half an hour and the ingredients are less expensive and easier to find than more traditional Japanese cuisine. You can also make them aesthetically pleasing if you're itching to be creative.

Yeah, onigiri this time wasn't that great. Japanese rice was new for me :D but the nuggets.. mmm. so delicious i'm gonna make them today too :D
