Why do you seed?
Dhruv:
^Oh look it's the big seeder himself.... :D
well i had a look at your profile... do you use seedbox or something?
if not then at what speed do you upload, how many torrents do you seed at a time and how much do you pay for the connection per month?

Half or more is from home. I also seed from a colo'd server (not a seedbox). My home connection runs $400/month for 300mbit down 150mbit up with unlimited bandwidth. I seed anywhere between 350 and 450 torrents which is in the 3-4 TB worth of torrents (in disk space) being seeded.

Well $400 for a connection is a bit too much don't you think?!
i pay like $20-30 a month for my connection and this is the only connection/plan which has unlimited bandwidth
rest have great speed but fairly limited bandwidth but well i manage to seed more than what i download...

If houkouonchi has the money to buy 128 TB of disk space for home usage, I think s/he has enough for the connection.
But still, you're right. 250/100 (don't know about 300/150) Mbps only costs about $72 a month where I live.
Freedom Kira:
That's not cool, man. The best we can get in Canada AFAIK is 250/15. With a 1TB limit that's $110/month; unlimited bumps it up to $130/month.
