Anime/Japan Club in southern Germany
« on: June 13, 2012, 07:05:13 PM »
Hi Guys,

i was wondering if by any chance some people living in Germany want to have an Anime Club like in Genshiken

To spend and share time in such a club with others otakus is my main idea, i have already created a small club in London long time ago, but because of less activity i closed it.

So everyone from southern Germany is welcome to discuss about it. I dont have an 100% plan for it, but many ideas to rialize to. The Club will be founded in south Germany near Stuttgart in Ulm

I hopefully wish that some/one guys will respond and is brave enough to build something nice here in Ulm.
Feel free to discuss in German too.

Greetings,
Prity.

One question before I start off: Do you know about ANIMUC? It's a small anime & manga fair taking place in Fürstenfeldbruck just outside of Munich. Might wanna check that out some time.

Huh. I was just thinking that maybe you could look around the fair and hook up with people from the Ulm region.
Other than that... maybe just ask around and make a date for a meet'n'greet? Or you could start a blog with a small club forum.

EDIT: One more thing – why don't you try asking around german message boards? I'm pretty sure you'll be more likely to find someone from our region there and not on an international message board.

Ulm ist nicht gerade um die Ecke. Aber viel Erfolg bei der Suche nach Leuten.

Almost surprised not seeing my ex in this thread...
For one thing, Tiff is not on any level what I would call a typical American.  She's not what I would consider a typical person.  I don't know any other genius geneticist anime-fan martial artist marksman model-level beauties, do you?

Is she even still active on BBT? The last time I saw her post something was over a year ago.

She is more into roleplaying than anime right now. Still downloading and watching anime though. But hey, Immenstadt must count as southern Germany, right?
