Looks like the US are screwed, i'm still looking for comparisons between the them tho. If you guys find one, please post the link, i'm running out of ideas on what to put on google and still can't find a comparison article.

The Snapdragon S4 Krait in the U.S. Galaxy S III and HTC One X/S series is an A15 equivalent not the older A9 architecture. Performance of Krait is on par with the upclocked (1.5Ghz) Tegra 3 quad core proc shipping in the international HTC One X. The Exynos 4412 scores in the chart you posted on the last page give a great comparison between the S4 Krait(HTC One X) and the Exynos(Internation S III), although the One X scores there are on the low side of the Quadrant scores I've seen. Typically Krait ranges from 4800-5100 overall.
The big question for Hi10p playback on the US version is how dependent playback is on multi-threading. Krait has strong single threaded performance and scales well on multi-threading but I don't know that this makes up for the loss of 2 cores. The Quadrant CPU only scores I've seen are in the 7500-8500 for the S4 Krait versus 11000-13000 for the quad-core A9s (Tegra 3, Exynos 4412). Granted these are purely synthetic benchmarks so it really all comes down to the player I think. Either way 1080 Hi10p I just don't see being done in software on any of these devices without stuttering/lag issues. The video posted earlier in the thread was specifically 720 Hi10p and I've not seen anyone claiming(or proving) to be able to playback 1080p 10-bit encodes smoothly.
EDIT: Here are some quadrant videos of both Procs

Nice first post IsilZheHa!
I was looking for those links to post but couldn't remember how I came across them to begin with.
Certainly, the S4 is no chump. It is giving the quad-core version a run for its money. I think between custom roms and overclocking, 1080p 10bit may be entirely possible. In the end, we will just have to wait and see though.
Edit:
I'm so disappointed. I per-ordered this this phone so I would have it the first day it was available but I just found out I am going to be away on business the day my phone arrives at the VW store >:( I guess I can wait an extra day or two but damn it sucks.
Update: I got the phone and can confirm it will play 10 bit 720p! I tried three different shows from different groups. One played flawlessly, the other 95% flawless, and one about 85%. I am certain that with an OC this phone will provide flawless 720p 10 bit playback.
I havent tried 1080p 10bit.
