Windows doesn't take up more than 4GB, and most linux fit on 2GB.

great news for me~
how to do it? and while you are posting the answer, i will try myself...

thanks all and Duki...

Duki3003:
There are a few ways, simplest is to use a Microsoft tool - http://arstechnica.com/business/2009/12/the-usb-flash-drive/
You can also do it manually with cmd like so - http://bitsquad.co.in/2011/05/windows-7-bootable-usb/

The EXE link is the same one that's on the webpage. You insert your thumbdrive (Or SD card), point it to your ISO, and just keep clicking next.

(click to show/hide)
Note: 'DOWNLOAD TOOL' refers files being 'copied' from the PC to the flash disk. It doesn't go online.

already tried that and kinda like it...

btw, can i change the USB bootable name? looks lame if use the generic name (removable disk)

Duki3003:
Never particularly cared about the drive name, I think you can change the volume name by clicking on properties, and simply renaming it. Alternatively you may need to edit autorun.inf if it exists.

If it doesn't work, ask google, I'm pretty sure it knows...
