I thought Opera Turbo would bypass filtering services because it uses the opera server to retrieve data from websites and sends it back to you, instead of you communicating directly to the website. I know it was popular to run Opera in countries that restricted web traffic because of its ability to get around censorship restrictions.
I a few hundred miles from home with some time to kill and am choosing to kill it at a public library. All of my torrent sites are block

None of the online proxies work because they are all blocked. Even the proxies on those lists of daily proxies have been blocked! Oddly enough, Baka hasn't been blocked!

Anyway, using Opera Turbo, I am still getting blocked from these sites. Any idea whats up? Is there some trick I need to do or did they scale the features of Opera Turbo down because of complaints from certain governments?
I would just tether but Verizon frowns on torrents and I can't risk jeopardizing my unlimited data.
