So I'm having a problem with an EA game that I've played and beaten before, but not when I want to play again (even though it worked just fine the day before) its bugging like mad. How long do you think EA will take?

At least a month or two, possibly never.

They still haven't resolved the whole cannot connect to EA server with some of their games like MOH.

Call them. They seem impressed enough to help you if you can actually find their phone number; I don't think it's actually on their website, I had to find it through Google.

The linear nature of your Euclidean geometry both confounds and befuddles me.

Maybe a week.  I emailed EA tech support about my Crysis code not working and they got back to me in four days.

where is the option "1 day - 2 years"?
For one thing, Tiff is not on any level what I would call a typical American.  She's not what I would consider a typical person.  I don't know any other genius geneticist anime-fan martial artist marksman model-level beauties, do you?

EA's stock dropped... so many faster than you expect? XD

I still doubt it though. Out of all the big companies... how can the support team at EA be so slow in responding to people? Maybe there is only one mastermind person sitting in the dark in a small closet doing all the support tickets... one by one.

I found their number once at the Better Business Bureau.

Hmm... Depends on game, I'd say. I had an issue with my Rock Band game disc for 360, and EA both contacted me back and resolved it same-day. Mine was a simple replacement of disc, though.

Pretty far from actually having to fix a problem :-\

Yeah, agreed. Just thought I'd mention they at least contacted me same-day since I was really surprised that they did.

I had my simple problem of having to merge two accounts I accidentally created (with different games locked to both of them) solved within an hour. Although, I may have been lucky.
