Problem seeding - warned status

(1/4) > >>

Garlantec:
Good Day everyone,

I've got a little issue with my torrent client and was hoping you guys could help me out here.

I've downloaded this torrent's files from Coalgirls:

http://bakabt.me/167186-mawaru-penguindrum-720p-flac-coalgirls.html

and since my status changed to warned yesterday, I'm working on seeding some stuff here via getting the original files from the actual groups.

All good and fine but for some reason the torrent of which's link I just posted, wouldn't check for the files.
I put the path to where the folder is located, it's exactly named as the torrent is and the files are exactly the same aswell.
And yet whenever I force-Check again, it only gets to like 2-4% and then just stops.
What am I doing wrong?

Anyway, have a nice day!

Are you sure that files are not corrupted? Try to check their CRC.

How do I do that? Also, all of'em run just fine, I downloaded them via IRC from the Group.. don't see why they'd be corrupted.

Edit:

If by CRC you mean those numbers, contained in each file's name, they're absolutely identical.

Bob2004:
A CRC code is basically a number that can be calculated by performing some algorithm on the file. If the file is changed even slightly, the CRC will be completely different - so it's a good way of checking the file isn't corrupted anywhere. The number in the filename is the CRC value it's supposed to have, so just download a CRC Checker (Google should help here, since I can't remember the names of any off the top of my head), run it on the files, and check the CRC is the same for all of them.

Corruption shouldn't normally be a problem with Bittorrent, since it does its own hash checking, but I suppose it is possible there might be one or two differences between the torrents, perhaps - so CRC checking might help identify those.

Thanks for the answer, did the test, no difference.

The numbers are completely fine.

I've noticed something else though.

After I added the torrent to my client, (was logged in), I still can't find it under the "Active torrents" tab in my profile.
Could that be the cause? If so, how do I resolve the problem?
