Question regarding new torrent requests

Is it okay to post in the "new torrent requests" forum regarding a manga-centered instructional series? The ***MUST READ*** topic states that it's strictly for requesting Anime Series/OVAs/Movies, Anime OSTs, Manga, Hentai, and Official Artbooks. I'm not sure if this series would be considered to fit with "artbook" or "manga".

You could always just post your request and see what happens. Worst that could happen is your request gets rejected or goes ignored and perhaps staff yelling at you for a little while (not likely).

I can't see a problem myself, however I would like to know what a 'manga-centered instructional series' is.

It was the How to Draw Manga series, and we decided against it. Though I will be looking out for it on nyaa...
