Power User requirments?

I read the Wiki stating: "Both seed and leech at least 25GB and have a ratio equal to or greater than 0.5 to maintain it."
Mine ratio is above .9 and dl/up is over 600GBs. Did the requirements change or is there more to it to getting Power User?
