I was wondering, would it have violated the 22nd for Hillary to get elected? (Obviously not, she ran for the nomination). There's a big BIG loophole that y'all oughta close...

Hilary is pretty clearly capable of being her own political person, a Hilary presidency would not be a Bill Clinton presidency by proxy.
