Okay well I just figured out how to enable my forum account, so disregard some parts of the last paragraph. But this is my current issue that I had sent as a ticket.
Hello. So I learned that I was warned today for having a really bad leeching to seeding ratio. At the moment I am trying to figure out this issue in order to resolve it. I have searched the forums for more than two hours. So my current issue is getting my utorrent client to seed files that I have already downloaded.
According to my account history I've downloaded City Hunter and Samurai X. I didn't download all of city hunter, but all of the videos are in full length. Samurai X is completely done. However I deleted the torrent in utorrent and now it does not recognize that I have downloaded some or all of the torrent already. I haven't renamed the files, and utorrent is failing to recognize the files as done when I attempt "force re-check" the files so that they would recognize that I have files downloaded. However, the progress bar for the checking completes but it remains at zero even though I already had the files. So right now I'm stuck without being able to seed files that I have already downloaded from bakabt.
I also tried the different method of downloading torrent files from different sites that have exactly the same files that are uploaded here. I downloaded an anime series on a different website and downloaded the utorrent file here on bakabt. Again the same problem arises that utorrent fails to recognize the files as completed and just remains at zero, leaving me unable to seed.
I'm hoping that donations will be open soon but it doesn't seem that way as they were just closed over a week ago. So that left me with the two methods I attempted to complete above, but the seeding is not starting. I wouldn't like to receive an extended warning, and I hope you'll be able to fix my problem. I would have posted this on the forums but alas the registrations for that were closed, leading me to send in a ticket instead.
