Moving torrents to a new computer.. Will it still seed?

Hi there everyone, I'm quite new to this site but I've downloaded a few torrents. The thing is I want to move them to a different computer
within my house for memory reasons but I want to know if it will affect the way it's seeded and if the IP address is the same as this computer.
And, how exactly do I go about moving them to my other computer?
Sorry I'm kind of a newbie at torrents so I wasn't sure by what the FAQ said about seeding from different computers other than it was allowed as long as it's only one computer.
I plan on only keeping them on the new computer.

That's not a problem. The issue is when you try to seed the same torrent from two different places at the same time.

Follow the re-seeding guide in the wiki, it details how to get your torrent client to recognize the files you already have and seed them.
