Osmo:
Rather then create something totally new Apple, are just slowly perfecting the iPhone, which is brilliant tbh, so many people have ruined themselves by this, I mean who actually likes the windows 8 ?

AceHigh:
Implying that Windows 8 is the only alternative.

Considering we haven't even seen a full Windows 8 Phone OS yet, that's a bold prediction.
And Android?

Osmo:
Windows to phone port has been a complete fail, look at Nokia, they'll never come back.

Brilliant, you are kidding right? If you don't innovate you are gonna get killed by the competition, and that is especially the case in the tech world, just look at what happen to apple last time, they stopped innovating. IPhone 5 is a great phone and it will sell a lot, but it doesn't bring anything to the table, heck even the iPhone 4s was more innovative with its Siri.
Normally apple will explain why they do like they do, but with the iphone 5 becoming widescreen we got zero explanation for why they did it. iOS 6 didn't bring anything to the table, it was all about getting Google services out of their phone, which was stupid since they didn't have good enough services to replace it.

The road apple is following will let them sell a lot of phones for a while, and years into the future, because they have one of the best packet deals(software and hardware) and a good ecosystem. However innovation is the key, if you want to stay in the game, and from the looks of it, Apple is just playing it to safe, which will harm them in the future.
The fact that they didn't put NFC in the new iPhone is such a big disappointment. It could really have pushed the technology forward, but they aren't willing to take any chances. I'm really hoping Google next nexus will do better, at the moment the only thing that have amazed me is the hardware of Lumia 920, to bad it has to suffer with windows phone 8  :-\

It is really a shame Nokia accepted the deal with windows, when they are the company who is making the best hardware in the mobile industry. They wouldn't even have trouble separating them self from the rest, if they had went with android, because of their amazing hardware. Well Nokia did speak of a plan B if windows should fail yet again, which it most likely will, because of how badly Microsoft have managed windows phone 8 so far.
