Looking for a good PHP RPG Engine

I'm looking for a good RPG Engine like this that runs on php the reason why i'm looking for php based is because you only have to upload the website to a ftp server then go to the install directory to get it up and running so that i can host forum competition games, online table top, online dice rolls etc etc. Do you guys know of any good ones?

That's because it apparently was never developed? That page is a fundraising page like kickstarter.

Which is quite unfortunate, looks like it would have been quite the game had it been developed.

I'm fairly certain Google released some kind of quick MMO-type thing written entirely in HTML5, which isn't quite the same, but sounds like it'll suit your purpose. It'd be a bit of work, but you might be able to adapt that, perhaps, if it's open source (I have no idea, but it was intended solely as a demonstration, so it's quite possible). Otherwise, I can't think of anything, sorry.

Then at least tell me where i can find php rpg game creator as all the download links appear to be dead. It's the only php rpg engine so far that has a flexible user interface as shown in the screenshot.

Meh that game is extremely buggy, just tried to install it couldn't even get it to install, tried a lower version same problem.
