Common Torrent-related Problems

See if anything in that list relates to you. If you never downloaded those torrents before then you should reset your passkey as someone else may be using it.

Tracker doesn't list any other IPs, other than your own, so don't worry about that.
This is actually nothing uncommon, tracker may mistakenly list torrents as active if it doesn't receive the terminate signal flag.

Ignore it and all inactive will eventually clear from the list (can take up to a few days). No transfer is being made so no damage is inflicted to your ratio, you may only get a few extra bonus points if any of them are marked bonus.

.
I've had this happen to me a couple of times.  For example, the power went out and my computer crashed catastrophically.  As per Duki, the torrent client didn't get a chance to send out it's terminate signal.  Most of my torrents were still "Active" four days later when I got back online.  No damage, just annoying.

Normal Windows shutdown can do the same if Windows terminates an active client session because you forgeot to turn the client off gracefully.  I've fixed this in the past by activating the torrent client & the torrents in question, then Pausing &/or Stopping them.  Terminate signal gets sent, tracker catches the update within ~10-30 minutes.
I win, once again, in my never-ending struggle against victory.

I just let the tracker clear inactive torrents. Usually I don't explicitly exit the client.
