upload ratio ?

Hello,
I have trouble seeding in utorrent.

i have 12mb download with 1mb upload  speeds. sorry 1mb is limited by the network due to old cable line.

so my utorrent work 24/7 and my upload ratio is not moving though i don't download and will be happy to upload .

I would like you to explain me how to upload properly . i have read some FAQs and still have trouble to understand it.

You haven't been seeding your torrents for very long, and it takes awhile to improve your upload statistic because there is a disproportionate amount of seeders to leechers.

It takes time.

The best advice I can give you is to download some big freeleech torrents (like clannad).

Since you are a new guy i'll do a bit of spoon feeding. Here is a list of all the freeleech torrents on BakaBT Arranged from biggest to smallest. It may or may not be upto your preferences since i set it up to only show Anime Series, Anime Movies and OVA's. Alter it anyway you like.

Download atleast 20 of those before downloading any non-freeleech item so that you have ample stuff to seed.

Achieving good seeding speeds is dependent on many factors.  The easiest way is to make sure you do well is to seed a LOT of torrents at the same time; 20 is the absolute minimum, where you can expect at least some activity all the time.  With 50-100 or more, you likely will nearly always saturate your upload bandwidth.

thank you all for the replies.

but how can i upload 20 torrents if  i don't have enough space on the hard disk?
20torrents x 5-7gb size 1080p = around 100gb thats when i have 70gb free space.

I assume that i receive good download speed while i upload and allowed to stay on the forum.
