so yes people do aware of it  but still they fail to see the full potential of the unlocking.

Nope, unlocking and rooting mean two different things on Android.

rooting is removing any restrictions which the manufacturer  put in the phone .
as well as well as unlocking Admin rights.

how is it not unlocking it?

please tell me what is rooting and unlocking means in android.

well i don't care how you call it since i call it  unlocking and every shop i was it said the same to me .

in europe on most networks the phones shipped unlocked due to government law.
so we don't need to unlocked phones nay more :P..
