Im new in the world of torrent, yesterday noticed that i need to "seed", ive ddl like 200 gb and uploadead 7 gb .__.
i have 10 mb optic fiber internet, BUT, my upload speed is like 10 kbps .-. how can i improve that?

Upload speed is not only determined by how fast your
internet connection is it also depends on if there's any
one who want to download from you. So best bet is
seed more than one torrent at a time.
