There are plenty of phones will OLED displays, but it's way too expensive for larger screens and there's still the issues with the short lifespan of the blue leds, and the color accuracy problems related to that wear.
1:1 white OLED backlighting with an IPS panel would be the best solution with current technology.

true, but they seem to have design issues as well, based on wiki they haven't started implementing stacked OLEDs on a wide scale which should increase color gamut and color depth and also a higher pixel density(higher resolutions on smaller screens), also seems to have some other benefits as well.

as for size though, theres one OLED TV at 11" called Sony XEL-1.
edit: i don't think combining the two would be a good idea though.
