Yes, you can, although you would need to redownload the torrent file while logged in or it won't use your private passkey; being logged in on the tracker is insufficient, of itself. Don't try use both the public and private torrent info at the same time, or you will be quickly banned.
That said...
Look, man, just about every user here has only so much storage space, and has an asymmetrical connection (much faster download than upload). Your excuses fall flat, especially since they mirror leech after leech who has used the same damn excuses in the past, both recent and long ago. You quite obviously never bothered to read any of the other posts on this same subforum, FFS and have never read the
FAQ, or you'd already know BakaBT is a public tracker, for example.
If it's so damn hard, how come so many users (who DON'T use seedboxes or the like) have good ratios? Mine - with no particular effort to pick specific torrents for good seeding - is currently 1.847 (3564.16 GB up:1929.42 GB down), with occasional bonus point redemption (2000 or so, so far). It literally took almost no effort, just time.
Don't expect a pity party or handholding, simply because you're lazy.
