How did such a promising anime get forgotten you ask?

The story is of EPIC proportions... yet it feels like watching a theater act. The girl is sitting alone back there and it feels like there are only two other characters. Even though the main story is very interesting, we barely get a crack at it as we visit Yoshino's past over and over.

Don't get me wrong, I love this show... yet I tend to skip a week or two between every watch. Can't tell whether it's because other shows get me hyped up more this season or because the whole story is so plain/badly produced on screen. Although I've said all that... I can easily confess that every time that I do watch it, I get a hard-on for all the unanswered questions and mysteries, which feel like we're not supposed to know yet, as opposed to not explaining just to piss us off or keep us coming back (like OH SO MANY animes enjoy doing).

Buuut that's just my two cents hehe.

All I have to say is that Zetsuen no Tempest is totally worth it solely for episodes nine and ten (and hopefully more).  If you have a thread of doubt in your mind about this show, give it until nine; if you don't like it then... welll... I got nothing for ya.

(Is this my first post? Yes. Because that's how much I'm loving this stuff.)

Saw a bit of first episode. Will start watching as soon as I am done with exam which finish by the month end. (guess it will be finished by then, in that case, ~yay, no waiting for new episodes)

I'm still a huge fan of the series... even if the "logic" involved isn't particularly great. I love the characters and the story though. Really hoping for complete chaos and world destruction personally. Though I wouldn't mind if Yoshino and gf (who is somehow revived) get together at the end. Wouldn't mind a happy ending for this one.

I didn't have Tempest nor Hamlet (I think so) in school but if what Yoshino says is true and he can influence the outcome to be like Tempest then it's going to be a happy ending? Why else "following" Hamlet so far and then starting with Tempest and having Tempest in the title?

I knew nothing of the outside world. I was just a frog in a well.

This better become interesting again, this "I'm worried about being in love" thing is getting old... Thankfully that last ep ended on a bombshell.

Damn it all. I'm in the same boat. I thought it was possible, then not... and then it ended up being the case. Not that I dislike that. I'm happy this twist happened. It has me very excited for the next episode!

Yes, agreed! There's massive plot holes and ridiculous events that go unexplained, but I love the hell out of this series. Not quite sure why. It must be because of Aika. Maybe she's my type :o

^ yea, bu I think the lot holes they R making, are explained as the go on.
And I like Samon, he is one of the comic characters, makes me laugh a lot.

That's because he wears a wig.

I was not exactly expecting things to go this way. And I wonder how we can let princess go, when we all know what she may do. That just seems to me to be a bit much. Not improbable, just...I would be arguing against letting her go. Like they would let me vote, eh?
Timing is everything in comedy!

I can't wait for the grand finale, I just caught up to the latest episode 23.

Not going to lie, I would love the show even if the plot was reduced to rubble, for Samon simply because it's the same voice actor as Emiya Kiritsugu from Fate Zero; it's something about his voice.

I was incredibly pleased with how this ended. It didn't drag out the end like most series do. Kept it all nice and quick, leaving ample time to wrap up all the loose ends. Series certainly had its flaws, but overall it was pretty damn good. Very happy.
