How did such a promising anime get forgotten you ask?
The story is of EPIC proportions... yet it feels like watching a theater act. The girl is sitting alone back there and it feels like there are only two other characters. Even though the main story is very interesting, we barely get a crack at it as we visit Yoshino's past over and over.
Don't get me wrong, I love this show... yet I tend to skip a week or two between every watch. Can't tell whether it's because other shows get me hyped up more this season or because the whole story is so plain/badly produced on screen. Although I've said all that... I can easily confess that every time that I do watch it, I get a hard-on for all the unanswered questions and mysteries, which feel like we're not supposed to know yet, as opposed to not explaining just to piss us off or keep us coming back (like OH SO MANY animes enjoy doing).
Buuut that's just my two cents hehe.
