Reseeding
« on: October 17, 2012, 04:25:23 AM »
So, in an attempt to fix up my ratio, I was planning on reseeding some torrents.
I followed all of the rules in the Wiki for UTorrent and everything goes smoothly until after the check
instead of seeding it just says Queued or Downloading.
What do...

Did they verify 100%?
Check the filelist tab if any of the files are missing or need to be relocated manually.

The ones that are 'Queued' may simply be so because you have reached your present active torrent number value. To bypass it, use 'Force Start' instead.

It also happens when there are no leechers for a particular torrent. If that's the case then force start isn't much of a help.

Well, I left it Queued overnight, and now it's just downloading again, not only that, it made that specific anime file my destination file for everything.

That doesn't sound right. Is your file list messed up?

No, the files downloaded match the files that should be seeding.
Could it be this way because I moved the folder from the original download folder to my anime folder?

I don't really get what you're describing. Do you mean that the torrent is downloading everything to one file or it's not referring to the place you moved the files to?

Okay, so when I finished the Download I moved the folder with all the episodes from my Downloads, to my Anime library folder.

So when I tried to reseed, I selected the folder containing the anime that is now in my Library folder. After the check, instead of seeding it downloaded the anime into the folder in my library

It sounds like you didn't set the location right.
Can you try setting the path to the actual folder with the episodes instead of the library folder?
