Which do you use? Do you suggest it?
You know, the regular "Holy hell I'm lost and confused" questions.

Note that this will be used for downloading files off a seed box, nothing else really.

FileZilla. Haven't had any issues for years. Just does the job, and easily.

dogsinafen:
I use FileZilla, I like the client and really really love the command interface. So if you have an issue you can see what command was sent and what the reply of the server was. Great for trouble shooting.

I'll just say FZ as I've know the thing since 2002 (before having my own PC FYI) and never heard of the others.

I use Nautilus since I haven't needed anything more advanced at the moment...
