SSHFS didn't work out, probably partly to do with the tunneling. I'm not sure though, my networking knowledge is extremely limited.

I ended up going with Filezilla, it was the easiest, and did what I wanted it to.

CuteFTP Pro....pretty easy to find it out there for free on most torrent sites. Downloads faster than any other client i've tried when using the multi-part feature.

I'd probably use SCP instead on Linux anyway, if Filezilla is unavailable...
