Can only power member upload?

I may sound like the biggest noob now but okey..
I have downloaded some Animes here now, and some from other sites, but i dont seem to be able to upload or seed them here?

You have to be a power user before you can offer any torrents.

To become a power user:

Both seed and leech at least 25GB and have a ratio equal to or greater than 0.5 to maintain it.

You can start by trying to get your ratio up

There are a lot of tips etc on the Wiki/FAQ and in the help forum how you can do that.
