Yeah, sorry. I meant clients when I said "you" or "people." I tend to do that.
That I have a crappy connection is true, though. And lately, I've been receiving calls from my ISP about going over my bandwidth limit (my upload bandwidth alone approximately doubles my total allowed bandwidth per month). That means I have to throttle even more.
Oh wow, i wonder if i am going to have that same problem when we upgrade ours to 12 Mb's at the end of the month. We plan on also upgrading our upload limit. Its like 600 kb's right now. But we want to get like 3 Mb or even 5 Mb.
Upload increases your streaming capabilities right? We want to do alot of streaming, like streaming crunchyroll on the ps3 mainly or netflix. Right now our streaming capabilities suck horribly with our current net connection. We had our ISP contact us and tell us to throttle down to 150 Gb/month with our current speeds. I like to also stream video game footage from my ps3 to my computer's hard drives but that should not use up any bandwidth. But i plan on uploading alot of video game commentary playthroughs to youtube and that will use up upload certainly.
I am sure my IP has been banned probably just the same because you know i been having major issues trying to keep speeds steady for some reason.
can you guys tell me what this information means, i have it selected on my torrent that is currently reaching faster speeds.

On the bottom it says peers connected 0/12(6 in swarm) and seeds connected 1/1(14 in swarm)
What do they mean by "swarm" could that be any indication why my dl rate is constantly fluctuating up and down or stopping completely.
As i type this, i go back and look at my torrent client for that file, it was 90 kB's now its all the way down to 10 kB's, my god this is a mess.
EDit: Now they both disconnected and another torrent file started, the one at the very top.
Duki3003 edit: Don't double post.
