Missing files in torrent

You can see the OP09 and OP10 marked in green, and you can see it means ": sitting on my disk."
When i tried to dl the torrent the green marked Songs weren't there..

How can i get them?

(I looked throu the Wiki, didnt find any info about this)

I think "sitting on my disk" means that they're on the uploader's hard drive but not in the torrent for some reason I don't know.
