What's the issue with Horriblesubs?
Why wouldn't you watch their releases? They are episodes originally subbed by CrunchyRoll, so they should be pretty good?

If you think a mediocre quality stream rip with no typesetting, no styling, no karaoke and no chapters is a good release....sure.

Chapters - w/e. I can skip to the main part manually without putting much effort into it.
Karaoke - w/e. It's not important part of episode (you can always get OP/ED with nice karaoke from other groups).
Video quality - it's good. Don't know what's wrong with it
File size - w/e. We are living in XXI century. 300-400 MB per episode shouldn't be an issue.
Typesetting - can live without it.

Most important factor - sub quality - is there Also good release speed (most of times).

Anyway, personally, I'm always downloading the first episode available - be it [gg] or [HorribleSubs], or (oh gawd) [Commie] with their strange translation of "Titan" word

Gee, you guys, everyone knows that poster was completely made up (seriously though, I would kill to see the movie be as awesome as the poster portrays). Can't even let some guys dream on, do you? :sigh: Well, since the fun's already ruined, let's ruin it a little more.
Just wondering, should I read the manga before watching the anime, or should I just go ahead and finish the anime first and come back to manga for the awesomeness. In general, I have always enjoyed manga more than anime like in case of Naruto, Bleach, Fairy Tail and so on.

i second horriblesubs. ive only ever had one audio problem with them. i d/l their highest avail res for any series im watching. for a "watch it until the blu-ray comes out" kinda thing i really have no problems with them. 550 average for a 1080p half hour ep is reasonable. i watch in either xbmc or plex and i think it may handle the subs differently than say mpc-hc or something. as far as them "ripping off" CR criticism, i mean really, all fansubbers are ripping off someone lol.
i personally will put more thought into the BR release that ill archive when that time comes. why waste the time now lol.

im sitting down tonight with my 3 shows im watching this season...this will be the first on the que!!!

Commie... I started watching SNK with Commie. But I can't bear them anymore.. the quality is damn so shitty... =_= shifted to EveTaku.

As for HorribleSubs I use them only when they are fast for series which I can't wait to watch. But I never archive HS releases. There are better versions for that.

That's a joke made by a fan, it's the Hollywood perspective of an actual movie, if it's gonna be made, slim chances tho.

That aside, I don't really like where this is heading, I just dont understand some things (yes, I am reading the manga)

I believe that there's some deep trauma suffered when they were young, or the corruption of the government that made them like that, but still, they dont even explain where they got the powers from, in the manga, I can't understand anything, nothing links.

I think there's a slight chance we'll get some answers in chapter 47.
