I think he's releasing all the pent up sexual thought's he's had for Mikasa ever since he's known her, and it's arbitrarily manifested in his titan form with him wanting to knock her lights out.

lol would make sense since she was so pretty with her long hair and only Eren saw her like that for long but I don't think he even blushed in front of her once in the series yet. They said something like Eren loses control and breaks his own head in the next ep preview.
Had I not seen the pronoun, I'd have continued to think Armin was a girl. >__<
