What was the answer to that "obvious contradiction" Annie mentioned? The fact that the ones most powerful and suited to fight titans are furthest from them?
I am strong! Stronger than you guys. Very strong. Therefore, I can defeat those Titans! Even on my own.
You are not only weak, but you are spineless cowards. I am disappointed in you.

Eh? The answer should be self evident.

The people who are best at killing titans should be on the front lines, where they can work their magic and actually kill titans. They should not be hunkering down in the safest place possible, essentially twiddling their thumbs as they watch the first line of defense collapse

Pretty much. There wasn't a question to begin with. She explained what she meant quite clearly.

Maybe they wanted a more bloody episode. Since the elite group won't lose much soldiers, But others will.(My point of view)

It has nothing to do with the amount of action that is going on in each episode.

Annie was just pointing out the irony in the fact that the best of the best get picked to go to the safest place, where their talents are wasted.

About time someone replied, 13th Episode was good, Eren was accepted to join the Recon Corps, And the mission was a success. I heard that Episode 14 was a recap right?

Episode seemed to come out faster than usual...

Damn it was amazing. I think Levi saw the glare in his eyes and was impressed. I wonder if Levi has a similar anger towards the titans...

Edit: In the end what did Levi mean? About his memory loss and father's loss being convenient?

Memory loss - maybe he meant the time when Eren's father was conducting those experiments? Clearly, Eren can't remember shit from that time (just some foggy pictures with needles), and it is kinda essential :)
It is connected to father loss aswell - if he was there, everything would be clear.

The injection was after the Titan's attack on Shiginshina or whatever. Experiments were way before.

By the way the shinginshina district is just a protrusion from wall maria. If they just block the gate of Wall Maria (which Armored Titan broke) and the hole of the colossal titan, they can eliminate the titans in the tiny area and research the basement, right? Most of the titans are in the wall maria-wall rose area.

I'm very curious about how the humans made these walls though. They obviously made it AFTER the titans came in an effort to defend themselves. But you obviously can't make 50m walls like those in a day or 2. By then they should have been eaten. It will take years to make the 3 walls. Wonder if they used some good titan shifters or something...

They could have built Steel walls... Way better lol.

You got a good point, Maybe they knew that this would happen, perhaps? If their Good Titan shifters aren't they a better target than a human? because some Titans we're attracted to Eren when he was moving the boulder, They avoided the decoys...

Hmm it depends on how they were made. And maybe the armored titan could break a bit of a steel wall who knows....

GAH! What exactly was being censored at different parts in episode 13? Was it one of the titans? Hope it's doesn't stay that way in the BDs because the way they did it was annoying.

I doubt they could build a steel wall, much less so afford it.

Don't remember censor. Could you specify the times?

lol Eren? What's so epic about him?

Well, if they used all the steel they have in the world for it, maybe then...

Wonder what the Recon Corps do... Just go out and die for fun? Now they can do something but earlier? No key, no basement, nothing.

Did Rivaille ever get a scratch on him? I wonder..

Read manga. Find out.
Although what Noda means is that she wishes for Eren and Rivaille as a gay couple.
