Episode 7.
My hunch was spot on, though my reasoning wasn't good enough, I'll still reward myself with some sweets. Also that punishment was very creative if I might say so myself.
Now.... That last scene got my brains rolling. If that foreshadowing peek-through-the-door scene meant what it implied, I can make some VERY wild guesses, to the point where I hope I'm wrong because otherwise I would've spoiled a portion of the fun for myself and for anyone that bothers to read the guess.
(click to show/hide)When the laptop was stolen, Togami pointed out there's a likely possibility that a "traitor" within the group did it, but we've seen that it was only temporarily used in the master plan of the murderer for the current case. BUT we as viewers already know that there is indeed a traitor because we've seen Monobear have a cup of tea with them and how he said that the traitor had their intended spotlight stolen from them because of Sayaka causing the very first murder sooner than expected.
Now I know this anime is meant to exaggerate some things, like how Ishimaru had a white aura after he cheered up until he died, but the way Sakura's eyes gleamed in that end scene in sync with Monobear made it seem like they're one and the same, some robot thingy.
There is a chance that the gleaming was just them staring the masked guy down after having beaten him down, which makes me think he's the mysterious 16th student, but what doesn't fit here is how the mask he wore had the Monobear eye mark, so maybe this paragraph's guess is wrong.
HERE is where my thinking goes wild, say the gleaming was meant to show Sakura as one of the bad guys, then the traitor ISN'T Sakura alone. I became verrrrrrry suspicious of the person that got along very well with Sakura, namely our cute Asahina. Let's digress for a moment, how was Monobear going to set up a spotlight for the traitor? That's when it hit me, it will be set up by preparing the first murder for the traitor to solve! The murder would have been perpetrated by Sakura the robot, a fact that is known by the traitor, and they'll solve it a in way that makes them the shining beacon of hope or something, maybe just a way to get the ball rolling.
Now why did I suspect Asahina? Because I had a vague memory of how Asahina talked to Sakura as if they were already familiar with each other back at the first episode, which now looks weird because Sakura is now suspected to be a robot, so I went and rewatched the first episode to confirm. And yes indeed, she went talking to Sakura, not to mention she was the first one to bother shooting up a catch up conversation like she knew Naegi was the last person to show up for this game. Now for some seemingly convincing evidence, when Asahina went to talk to Sakura at episode 1 (one thing to point out is her words aren't clear because of Naegi's inner voice to us) she made a very grave mistake, she started with "Ah! Yamada!" mistaking the name of Sakura Ohgami. Whatever name she called it most certainly didn't sound like a Sakura or Ohgami to me, whether that was intentional in the anime script, just a voice acting mistake or me mishearing what she says I can't say for sure.
I don't know if I want to be right or wrong about this ;.;

Lol that's the only thing you think looks dumb? Have you watched the show? They won't change the blood on the BR's.
