Tracker refusing my request errors?

I have just bout had it with torrenting, i can't torrent worth a shit on here any more, i don't know why and its been like this for the last couple months, ever since i formatted my computer, not that, that has anything to do with it. I am just saying, everything worked perfectly fine then. I ran into various issues and problems. This time im running into yet another different problem. Here is a torrent file that has like enough peers that it should be reaching top download speed. I use the new client and i can't download nothing so i had to use the older client of Utorrunt and what the heck does a "red down arrow" mean? So if anyone has any advice in the matter, that would be cool, and don't tell me its the actual torrent file cause i tried other torrent files that have lots and lots of seeders and peers and i run into the same damn problems. Right now one of the biggest errors i am getting is the "tracker is refusing my request" and thats for all of my bakabt torrents that i have currently on my client. Is bakabt blocking my torrents or my account, because that is what it seems like to me. But i do not have a bad ratio, im a power user on this site and their should be no reason that bakabt would be blocking my account. I see the trackers to my right, and the moment i click on any torrent to download, the tracker just disappears.

EDIT: Ok i obviously figured it out, the only torrent that is working and running is the one "basilsk" because its not from bakabt, its from nyatorrents. Anything that is from bakabt is being blocked. Either that or the site is doing maintenance or something on the database, i don't know.

blubart:
1) the torrent selected in your screenshot is not a bakabt torrent, the only reason that torrent works it because it has DHT enabled - which is by default disabled for all private torrents (read: all bakabt torrents)
2) the bakabt tracker is currently down
3) if you receive the "no connection could be made because..." error on all torrents it's likely an issue with your connection - a firewall/av/router is blocking µTorrent.

yeah i just realized that, but either way, its still the same as i said before, i can give you another screen shot to prove it. Because the other torrents are bakabt and they do not work. The error i am recieving is not "no connection could be made" its "no connection could be made because the target machine actively refused your request" and it says this on all of my torrents accept for basislks which happens to be from nyatorrents.

What do you mean by the tracker is down and also what does it mean when you have a "red arrow" its doing that for me right now for upload and download. When i check my account, i can see clearly no torrents running at all on bakabt. Your saying that its coincidental that each tracker for each torrent that i picked are down? Its not a network issue because other wise basilisk would not be working either. I would have all dead torrents but since its from a different torrent site, they work.

Screen shot:

blubart:
where is the logic in that it can't be a network issue just because a single udp tracker does work even though 9 completely independent of each other http trackers give you the same error message?
this, if anything, should clearly tell you that IT IS a network issue on your end.

aside from your obvious network issue, coincidently right at this moment the bakabt tracker is temporary down - which means it is not reachable / usable / working. once we fix the problem on our end though your issues still won't be fixed.

a red arrow in µTorrent just means that there is some kind of problem that is preventing the torrent from running properly.

link9us:
Their is no network issue on my end. My network is running fine. I am able to download at top speed, i ran a speed test and my internet is fine. I can torrent other files just fine, no problems. Like if i wanted to torrent from piratebay, or nyaatorrents, they work perfectly. I already tested that to make sure it was not a network issue.

My UTP port is forward on my client as well and my torrents were working fine yesterday. Also i found another topic apparently everyone is having this same exact issue so its clearly bakabt's trackers are down like you just said, thats the answer and i probably just have to be patient and wait.
