Couldn't find a thread for this anime.
Great anime. Though a few minor points.
The fact that they don't put a guard to watch over the Hellywood soldier who claimed to have deserted? Come on, that is just sloppy writing. Sure, they needed to attend that gathering Ebalma held, but they could at least asign one guard. It's hard to figure out what people's motivations are. Who exactly is Lala Ru? She is briefly referred to as being an old lady by Sis. Maybe some people like that you don't get everything served, but it bothers me.
What makes Abelia stay with Hamdo? He is is ticking bomb who never appriciates her unless he is in some kind of pinch. Is she lost and somehow running that army is all she has left? It definitely feels like she would rebel sooner than she did...
13 eps is not a lot. Then again 20+ might have felt like filler for some of the eps. Basically, the show could use more eps to elaborate its characters. But 16 eps is obviously not something that is green-lit often.
Also, the music for the show reminds me of Legend of Dragoon. Maybe it's the same composer. In case you were wondering, that is good.
I was assuming that Grey_Phantom's release were the best, but the subs are out of sync in the previews and bad styling for subs (stick to a color damnit). Ordered chapters would have been great too.
It gets a 4/5 from me.
